At long last, the location, dates and headquarters hotel have all been decided for the next reunion. The  Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites located at 120 W Market Street, downtown Indianapolis will be our headquarters hotel for the dates of September 15 - 18, 2011.

Similar to the 2009 reunion held in San Antonio, Texas, the 2011 Indy reunion has only one planned event and that is the banquet which will be held Saturday evening, Sep. 17th. The rest of the time is open to spending time with friends catching up and taking part in any of the many activities the city has to offer.

THURSDAY, SEP. 15th
Arrive at your leisure and enjoy friends and the city.

FRIDAY, SEP. 16th
Open day. Enjoy friendship, catching up on old and new times. Participate in activities of your choosing. Meet 'n Greet Hospitality (Room 1014) hours will be 11am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm.

SATURDAY, SEP. 17th (UPDATED)
Open day to enjoy activities of your choosing.

6:30pm Social Hour (Cash bar) - Vincennes Room (2nd Floor of the Hotel)
7:30pm Banquet Dinner - Vincennes Room

Meet 'n Greet Hospitality (Room 1014) hours will be 11am to 6pm and after the banquet until ??.

SUNDAY, SEP. 18th
Open day to enjoy activities of your choosing.

Planning an activity during the reunion?

 

REUNION REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2011 reunion is currently open for those who wish to mail in their registration (see below). Registration deadline is September 1, 2011. You are requested to make your own hotel reservation. See below for hotel information. Group rates are available.

For $70 per person your registration fee covers the cost of the banquet and other incidental hotel expenses incurred by our organization. Register by mail or online.

For $15 per person your registration helps the organization cover its expenses and you can take advantage of the Meet 'n Greet Hospitality Friday and/or Saturday. Mail-in registration available only.

Early registration is encouraged to help the local arrangements committee get an accurate attendance count.

The Meet 'n Greet hospitality will be available Friday (11am - 2pm and 4pm - 10pm) and Saturday (11am - 6pm and after the banquet). We will be able to stock our own drinks. Cost of the drinks will be on the honor system.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online registration is available. This method of registration is not available for the $15 registration option. Please use the mail-in method instead.

Due to the cost of processing credit cards, it will be necessary to charge an additional service fee of $2.50 per person to help cover those expenses. To save money, members are encouraged to write and mail in a check.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION
Mail-in registration is available now and is the preferred way to register. Please download and print this PDF form, fill it out and mail it in along with your check payable to Elanco Reunion Organization.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The headquarters hotel will be the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites, 120 W. Market Street, downtown Indianapolis. Do not confuse this hotel with the Hilton Garden Inn on East Market Street.

Other hotels in the vicinity of the downtown Hilton include: Embassy Suites, Holiday Inn Express, Canterbury Hotel, Conrad Indianapolis, Hampton Inn, Marriott,La Quinta, Ramada, Quality Inn and the Hilton Garden Inn. Additional hotels may be found approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown along Interstate 465 that loops the city.
